Many nutrients are necessary for a human body, but it is hard to supplement these all by a meal. But I can make healthy bodies because I can take in the nutrient which is apt to be short, e.g., vitamins or a mineral effectively if it is a supplement. However, much risk is included in a supplement. It is the supplement which the side effect is said to unlike convenience and medicine that few, but is dangerous at all when I do not take it in with right knowledge. Particularly, there are the supplements which are sold saying that I am effective in diet among young women, but is dangerous at all when I take it in excessively because I can diet. In many cases, I disturb fat absorption and am not the thing which gets thinner even if I take it in abundantly because there are many things promoting combustion of the fat. In addition, I am very in danger when I supplement all the nutrients with a supplement. There seems to be the dieting person because I supplement a necessary nutrient with a supplement without having a meal, but is in a state dangerous at all to this. A 3s nutrient that is carbohydrates, lipid, protein are necessary for a human body. In addition, vitamins and the mineral included in many supplements are necessary for a body. Therefore, I cannot maintain a healthy body when I do not supply three major nutrients only with a supplement. Diet does not have a meaning so much if I lose health even if I succeed and am in a dangerous condition. In addition, it is dangerous that a person suffering from a disease takes in a supplement. Because there is the nutrient which you must not take in depending on a disease, and there is the affinity with medicine taking, it is necessary to talk with a by all means family doctor. There is the thing which is dangerous to supplement in itself. For example, an anorexigenic agent and a hormone are combined with a supplement for diet when I do not grasp what kind of ingredient is combined in the case of Chinese medicine and a supplement from China well, and there seems to be the thing which a pesticide gets mixed with. It may be in a very dangerous condition when I take in a supplement from China easily because it is sold cheap at store. When I do not take it in, as for the supplement, every day does not have a meaning. Therefore, it is very dangerous to take in a supplement not to understand of the identity every day. Even a little expensive thing should use the thing which a combined ingredient is guaranteed if I take in a supplement. A supplement is originally a health food to make a healthy body. However, I am very in danger when I use it by a wrong use. I understand the risk of the supplement, and let's take it in with right knowledge.
